All Iowa residents are entitled to a library card through the Gibson Memorial Library.
Yes, the Gibson Memorial Library is able to do printing, copying, scan to email, and faxing for patrons.
Copies: 15 cents per black and white page, 50 cents per color page
Faxing: $1.00 to send or receive for the first page, 50 cents for each page after to send or receive

Yes, the Gibson Memorial Library offers Libby for library patrons with an address in Creston or one of our contracted cities (Afton, Shannon City, Lorimor, Thayer, Cromwell). More information on how to get started with Libby can be found here.
The Gibson Memorial Library itself accepts donations in the form of new or like new books and DVDs that have been released recently. Donated materials that we are not able to use will be passed onto our Friends of the Library group that raises additional funds for our library. Large book donations can be dropped off directly at the Friends of the Library book sale location, which can be found at the Creston News Advertisor.
At this moment in time, the Gibson Memorial Library has educational hotspots available for checkout provided to us by our Friends of the Library group through the US Cellular After School Access Project. For more information about our
